Fall Mini-Sessions, Druid Hills day 1, part 1

I still have more mini-sessions from the fall to blog!
This preview from my first day on the east side was a little long, so I’m dividing it in two.  The first family on this day I met for the first time when they stepped out of the car – and what a handsome site they were!  Mama and dad looked elegant and like the doting parents they were at the same time.  Big sister was so shy!  But we got her warmed up by the end.  And of course little sister – look at this face.

Next I had 2 families in a row that were from little girl first birthdays this year!  You may recognize them from here and here.  I get so excited to see my first birthdays again – they’ve always grown so much!  And both these families are so easy going and have fun together which makes things easy for me!
The second family of the day brought their two dogs, and there was a moment when they were able, as a unit (2 parents, one toddler, and one canine) crawled forward in the sitting position to get close to their eldest dog, who clearly was not going to be moving any time soon – that was the most impressive thing I saw all day!
With our 3rd family, big brother had so much fun with our fall leaves.  It’s always so refreshing to see our surroundings through the eyes of a little one.
